Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza is an experienced executive with a strong track record in managing publicly listed companies and large corporate groups across the construction, industrial, energy, and telecom sectors.
She has also been deeply engaged in shaping economic and regulatory policy in Poland. Since 2015 she has been a member of the Social Dialogue Council. On July 1, 2025, she assumed the role of President & CEO of Employers of Poland, previously serving as a vice president and chair of the board.
A graduate of Harvard Business School (GMP), IESE Business School (AMP), and the University of Warsaw (MBA).
