Recommendations from the Public Services Employers’ Forum

Partners of the Public Services Employers’ Forum (PSEF) have addressed recommendations to policy-makers in a joint declaration prepared for the Tripartite Social Summit. This
declaration tackles the question of “Re-building confidence in Europe: Focus on job creation – lessons learned and future orientations”.

The declaration, which proposes recommendations to “re-build confidence in Europe”, puts forward several suggestions structured around three key messages that addresses some of
the key needs Europe is facing:

1. Invest in Human Capital.
2. Boost Youth Employment.
3. Achieve a Sound and Well-negotiated TTIP.
